Nasdaq’s Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) – ‘BlueDolphin’ powered by ValueBlue - has been implemented to provide a clearer view of the end-to-end processes required for a client to license and implement developed functionalities.

Connecting what we sell to what we build and, thereafter efficiently determining the pieces needed to deliver the product, allows us to accelerate, sell, and deliver efficiently.

The platform is designed to:

• seamlessly simplify & accelerate the scoping process using pre-configured graphical templates and intelligent views 
• automate identification of applicable product capabilities & features leveraging relationships derived from years of product management knowledge & experience 
• using data-driven scripts and intuitive heatmaps highlight a client’s footprint
• breakdown deliverable components to efficiently deliver and capture client’s requirements enabling us to gain valuable insights into client requirements and trends with advanced analytics 

The purpose of this training bundle is to:

• introduce users to the platform and the rationales for it 
• explain basic platform terminology and navigation
• show how it can be used to decipher the latest Calypso Master Solution Catalogue items and scope for prospects / clients
• easily identify the Calypso Platform Coverage (in terms of business capabilities & features) and the relationships features have to the Calypso Master Solution Catalogue items
• provide end users information on how they can use the EAP as their digitalized central source of truth to obtain all artifacts (test cases, documentation, config workbench packages, Nasdaq Financial Educational Learning Services data related to the Calypso platform’s features in one comprehensive tool
• give guidance on how each feature can be enriched and used for client deep dives and blueprints
• exhibit how relevant data can be extracted into Deal Estimations, SOW’s, Jira etc. 

While not all courses will be needed by all users (in some cases you will not have the appropriate access to be able to complete some functions), we would encourage you to undertake all of the modules to get an understanding of what is possible and how others will make use of the platform.

The EAP will not be a one-off implementation but will grow & evolve with time. As such, your feedback will help us to shape our future enhancements, hands-on sessions, documentation, and overall training programs accordingly.
