Course Description

Nasdaq’s Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) – ‘BlueDolphin’ powered by ValueBlue - has been implemented to provide a clearer view of the end-to-end processes required for a client to license and implement developed functionalities.

Connecting what we sell to what we build & thereafter efficiently determining the pieces needed to deliver it allows us to accelerate, sell & deliver efficiently.

Be it at the beginning of a sales process and/or at the deal estimation stage, when analyzing a client’s project it is imperative to understand what Calypso functionalities the prospect/client is looking to license and implement. To assist with this, and allow linking to functional coverage, the Calypso Master Catalogue has been digitalized, numerated, and added to the platform.

This course will provide you with the knowledge of how to flag Catalogue line items which the prospect is looking to license as ‘In Scope.’

Completing this flagging is important to the process as it will automatically highlight Calypso features which may be in scope for the deal estimation, project blueprint and implementation. This is covered in more detail in the ‘Identifying Initial Project Scope - Groups & Capabilities’ course, and the ‘Identifying Initial Project Scope - Features’ course.

Upon successful completion, participants will have learnt:

  • How set ‘In Scope’ Catalogue items which a prospect is looking to license.
  • How to provide additional information on a Catalogue item
