Course Description
Nasdaq’s Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) – ‘BlueDolphin’ powered by ValueBlue - has been implemented to provide a clearer view of the end-to-end processes required for a client to license and implement developed functionalities.
Connecting what we sell to what we build & thereafter efficiently determining the pieces needed to deliver it allows us to accelerate, sell & deliver efficiently.
Be it at the beginning of a sales process and/or during the CD initiation stage, it is imperative to understand the business capabilities Calypso covers. Understanding this allows us to map the products functionalities to licensable items and then determine the granular features implicated under each business capability. These features form part of the valuable components that CD delivers during the implementation project lifecycle.
For the Business unit / Workspace desired, the purpose of this course is to show end users how to extract scoped data from the Enterprise Architecture Platform into the Deal Estimation Sheet.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have learnt:
- How to extract catalogue and feature information from the EAP into the deal estimation sheet to create project plan and deal summary.
Target Audience
This course is intended for CD (Customer Delivery) Solution Architects, CD Project Managers, CD Bid Managers and CD Lead Consultants who want to:
- transfer functional and integration features and capabilities from the platform into the Deal Estimation Sheet so that they can quickly create a standard implementation estimate.
